Make Chicken and Tomato Rice



Chicken and Tomato Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.

5. Serve the chicken and tomato rice warm. Enjoy!
