Make Chicken and Tomato Rice
Recipe Name: Chicken and Tomato Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Stir in the diced tomato and bell pepper, cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
5. Add the rice to the skillet and stir to coat the rice with the vegetables and chicken.
6. Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
