Chicken and Tomato Whisky Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of whisky
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Place the cubed chicken in the baking dish.
4. Top the chicken with the diced tomatoes and minced garlic.
5. Pour the whisky over the chicken and tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve and enjoy!
