Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 head of curly lettuce (kıvırcık), chopped
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 cup rice

Instructions:
1. Cook the bulgur and rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped lettuce, chopped broccoli, cooked bulgur, and rice.
