Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
5. In the same skillet, add carrots and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
6. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked rice to the other side. Break up any clumps of rice with a spatula.
7. Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice and vegetables. Mix everything together until well combined.
8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
9. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
