Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Serve warm. Enjoy!
