Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
5. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
8. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is well coated.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
