Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen chicken, sliced into thin strips
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add sliced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Add sliced onion and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

6. Add the asparagus pieces and diced tomato to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to combine.

8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken and vegetables.

9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

10. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious meal!
