Recipe Name: Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 chicken breast pieces, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce for seasoning

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to brown.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the sliced chicken breast pieces. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Add the sliced red, yellow, and green peppers to the pan and stir everything together.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of soy sauce for flavor.
7. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender-crisp and everything is heated through.
8. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry hot over rice or noodles.
