Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Recipe: Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 small squash, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add some cooking oil.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced onion, squash, zucchini, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
7. Stir everything together and cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
