Recipe Name: Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Cheesy Rice

- 1 cup rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt to taste
- Pasta of your choice

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.
4. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season the mixture with salt and any other desired seasonings.
6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix everything together well.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the mixture and cover the skillet to let the cheese melt.
8. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
