Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Eggs

Recipe Name: Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Eggs

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Instructions:
1. Heat some cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly tender.
5. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything together.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
8. Stir everything together and let it cook for another minute or two.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry with eggs hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
