Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, mushrooms, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
