Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Rice

Recipe Name: Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb of chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the minced garlic, diced tomato, sliced onion, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
6. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry over the cooked rice.
