Make Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Rice and Popcorn

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup popcorn
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
