Make Chicken and Veggie Fajitas
Chicken and Veggie Fajitas
Ingredients:
-1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
-1 large onion, sliced
-1 large tomato, diced
-1 red bell pepper, sliced
-1 yellow squash, sliced
-1 avocado, diced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon paprika
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the olive oil, chicken strips, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and paprika to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Add the onion, tomato, bell pepper, and squash to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
5. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the diced avocado.
6. Serve the chicken and veggie fajitas with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
