Chicken and Veggie Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
3. Let chicken cool before shredding into small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, carrots, celery, and shredded chicken.
5. Pour ranch dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
