Chicken Avocado Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 2 wraps
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from oven and let cool. Once cooled, shred chicken with two forks.
5. Place wrap on a flat surface and spread shredded chicken in the center.
6. Top with diced avocado and season with salt and pepper.
7. Fold wrap and enjoy!
