Chicken Bacon and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

-1 onion, diced
-1 tomato, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 cup green peas
-4 slices bacon, diced
-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 green pepper, diced
-1 red pepper, diced
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion, garlic, and chicken and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the green and red peppers, tomato, green peas, and basil and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
