Chicken Bacon Club Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the parsley, mayonnaise, garlic, and onion.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into strips.
5. To assemble the sandwich, spread the parsley mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
6. Layer the lettuce, chicken, bacon, and onion on one slice of bread.
7. Top with the other slice of bread and cut in half.
8. Serve and enjoy!
