Stir-Fried Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the bell peppers and garlic and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
