Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place chicken cubes in a baking dish and pour teriyaki sauce over the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets for 5 minutes or until tender.
4. In a large bowl, combine cooked white rice, cooked chicken cubes, and steamed broccoli.
5. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
