Make Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

Recipe Name: Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some cooking oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
5. Add the broccoli florets and bell pepper slices to the skillet and stir fry for a few minutes until slightly tender.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
8. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Add the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Stir everything together one last time and remove from heat.
11. Serve the chicken broccoli stir fry hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy your delicious meal!
