Recipe Name: Chicken Curry Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 chicken thighs, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 2 tbsp sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp curry powder

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken thighs and cook until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them until cooked. Remove the scrambled eggs and set aside.
3. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Stir in the diced tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
6. Season the rice mixture with salt, chili powder, and curry powder. Stir in the fresh milk, sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
7. Add the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs back to the skillet. Mix everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
9. Serve the chicken curry fried rice hot and enjoy!
