Chicken Fried Rice


- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 chicken fillet, diced
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion, garlic, and carrot and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the cabbage, tomato, and chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

6. Add the cheese and stir to combine.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
