Make Chicken Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook until they are heated through.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir everything together.
7. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice and mix well to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Continue to cook and stir the fried rice for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
10. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
