Make Chicken Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
4. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, and frozen peas to the pan. Cook until vegetables are tender.
5. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
6. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice mixture. Stir well to evenly distribute the sauces.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
