Make Chicken Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
4. Push the onion to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the eggs and onion.
6. Stir in the diced tomato and cooked chicken.
7. Season with salt and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
