Recipe: Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until cooked through. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
4. Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
5. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken.
7. Season the rice and chicken mixture with salt.
8. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the scrambled eggs into the empty side.
9. Stir the eggs until they are cooked and then mix them into the rice mixture.
10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
11. Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
