Recipe: Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are heated through.
6. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix everything together until well combined.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
