Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: vegetables of your choice (such as peas, carrots, bell peppers)
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.
4. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
5. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the chicken, eggs, and garlic.
6. Pour soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir well to evenly distribute the sauce.
7. If using vegetables, add them to the pan at this point and cook until they are heated through.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken fried rice!
