Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste

1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Stir in the diced tomato and cooked chicken.
7. Season with salt to taste and continue to cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken fried rice!
