Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chicken masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
4. Push the onion mixture to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Mix everything together in the pan and add the cooked rice. Stir well to combine.
6. Season with salt, red chilli powder, chicken masala powder, turmeric powder, and soya sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
7. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and stir to combine all the ingredients.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
