Recipe: Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Push the onion and garlic to the side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the eggs, onion, and garlic.
6. Season with salt and add the diced tomato. Cook for a few minutes until the tomato softens.
7. Finally, add the cooked chicken back to the pan and mix everything together.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken fried rice!
