Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a little vegetable oil.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything together.
7. Pour the soy sauce over the chicken fried rice and stir well to coat everything.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
