Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
4. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in the cooked rice and diced tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently to combine all the ingredients.
