Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Season with salt and add the diced tomato. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
7. Finally, add back the cooked chicken and mix everything together.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
