Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tomato, diced
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until they are no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until they start to soften.
5. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, along with the diced tomato.
8. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
9. Cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken fried rice!
