Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Allow it to heat up for a minute.

2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Allow the eggs to cook for a few seconds until they start to set.

5. Scramble the eggs using a spatula and mix them with the vegetables. Continue cooking for another minute until the eggs are fully cooked.

6. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

7. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix it well with the other ingredients. Break up any clumps of rice using the spatula.

8. Drizzle the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.

9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

10. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the chicken fried rice to a serving dish.

11. Garnish with some chopped green onions or cilantro if desired.

12. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade chicken fried rice!
