Make Chicken Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Guide:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Push the garlic to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.

4. Add the diced carrots, peas, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

5. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.

6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables and chicken.

7. Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the rice mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

9. Finally, add the chopped green onions and give it a final stir.

10. Remove from heat and serve hot. You can garnish with additional green onions if desired.
