Chicken Gizzard Bacon Spinach Skillet

Ingredients:

-1 lb. chicken gizzards
-4 slices bacon, diced
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 cups spinach, chopped
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until it is crispy.

2. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

3. Add the chicken gizzards to the skillet and cook until they are browned and cooked through.

4. Add the spinach and season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
