Chicken Loaf with Cheese, Tomatoes, and Bacon

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

4. Pour the chicken mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly.

5. Pour the heavy cream over the top of the chicken mixture and spread evenly.

6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top of the cream.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
