Chicken Masala Curry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of chicken masala
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of water
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned.

3. Add the turmeric powder and chicken masala and stir to combine.

4. Add the tomato and chicken cubes and mix to combine.

5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
