Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the egg noodles and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Push the noodles to one side of the skillet and pour the eggs into the other side. Cook until the eggs are scrambled, about 2 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
6. Add the cilantro and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
