Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place flour in a shallow dish.
4. Dip each chicken breast in the flour, coating both sides.
5. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
6. Top each chicken breast with diced tomatoes and sprinkle with sugar.
7. Top with mozzarella cheese.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
