Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine the eggs and milk.
3. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the wheat flour and Parmesan cheese.
4. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
5. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
7. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
8. Spread the mayonnaise over the top of the chicken.
9. Top with the tomato sauce.
10. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
11. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
