Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
5. Serve the chicken Parmesan meatballs hot with your favorite sauce or pasta. Enjoy!
