Chicken Parmesan Pasta


- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces of dried pasta
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

3. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Add the frozen peas during the last minute of cooking.

4. Drain the pasta and peas and return them to the pot. Add the butter and stir until melted.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pot with the pasta and stir to combine.

6. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips and add to the pot. Stir to combine.

7. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve hot and enjoy!
