Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces dry pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups arugula, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and garlic and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the Parmesan cheese, cream, sundried tomatoes, arugula, and basil to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Serve the Chicken Parmesan Pasta warm. Enjoy!
