Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces uncooked pasta

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and place in a large bowl.

3. Add cooked rice, eggs, cheese, onion, pepper, and garlic to the bowl and mix until combined.

4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

5. Spread the chicken mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

8. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from oven and top with cooked pasta.

9. Sprinkle with additional cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!
